HELP

Counter

Counts reps with REST tracking, optional Time Cap, and shareable results.

Hit Start, tap numbers to add reps. Use the REST button to track rest periods separately. Set a Time Cap before starting to see a countdown. When done, hit Finish to see your summary with work/rest split, and share your results.

Clock

Stopwatch. Up or down.

Set the time (or leave it at zero for count-up), hit Start. Pause and resume whenever you need.

Intervals

Configurable work/rest cycles.

Set work time, rest time, and number of rounds. The timer alternates automatically. Sound alerts at each transition.

EMOM

Every Minute On the Minute.

Set work and rest per round, pick how many rounds. A beep kicks off each minute. At the end you get a summary with work vs rest time.

AMRAP

As Many Reps As Possible in a set time.

Set the total duration, hit Start. Tap each rep to log it. When time's up, you see total reps and average pace.

For Time

Finish the WOD as fast as you can, with a time cap.

Set the cap, hit Start. The clock counts up. Stop it when you're done. If you hit the cap, it stops for you.

Weights

Tells you which discs to load for any percentage of your PR.

Pick an exercise (Back Squat, Deadlift, Clean…) — each one stores its own PR separately. Enter your PR, pick the bar weight, and configure which discs you have. Tap a percentage and see the discs for each side. Use the table view for all percentages at once. If you're signed in, your PRs sync across devices.

FAQ

Is it free?

Yes. No premium version, no ads, no mandatory sign-up.

Do my settings save if I close the app?

Yes. Everything is stored locally. Sign in with Google if you want to sync across devices.

Can I use it offline?

Once the page has loaded, timers work without connection. You need internet to sign in or sync data.

I don't have a specific disc. Now what?

Go to Weights config, disable that disc. The calculator will use only the ones you have and round to the nearest option.

The sound doesn't work on my phone.

Check that your phone isn't on silent mode and that sound is enabled in Settings (the gear icon).
